Job Title – Telecaller
This is a full-time on-site role for a senior sales executive located in Hubballi-Dharwad for Koravi Developers. The senior sales executive will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s products and services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, organized and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
| Excellent communication and interpersonal skills | Good telephone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult and demanding customers |
| Fluency in English and Kannada | Ability to listen and solve problems |
| Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, calls and social media | Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer |
| Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action |
Desired Requirements:
| Any Graduation | 0-3 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service |
| Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team | Excellent time management and organizational skills |
| Ability to learn quickly and should think out of the box in order to achieve set goals | Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible |
